Slavery in China also takes various forms including Ritual slavery, forced labors, sex slaves and etc. An estimated 2.9 million people has been living under the condition of slavery in China, including domestic servitude, and forced begging, and the sexual exploitation of women and forced marriage. Government has been ignoring this situations. Many people who live in the rural area has suffered from indentured servitude and child labors.
